Annual physical exam
A complete head-to-toe examination with your routine annual laboratory tests covered by the program.
Your personal health booklet
An individualized booklet with every test result and a written summary of your exam to keep and share.
In-office lab testing
Urine dipsticks, rapid strep and flu screens, Hemoglobin A1c, finger stick glucose and PT/INR, collection and lab fees included.
Acute visits within 24 hours
When you are unwell you are seen within a day, plus all follow-up care for chronic medical issues.
CDC recommended vaccines
Age appropriate flu, pneumonia, tetanus/pertussis and zoster (shingles) vaccines included.
House calls
If you are too acutely ill to travel to the office, Dr. Britten comes to you.
After-hours phone access
Direct telephone access to your physician after hours, so questions never wait until Monday.
Hospital visits
Physician visits during in-patient hospital stays, coordinating with your specialists and family.
Nutrition evaluation
A one-hour nutrition evaluation with the NCH Von Arx Diabetes Center of Excellence and Nutrition Health Center.
